Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4A27P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,968 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4A27P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4A44P, MIR4288, and RN7SKP291. Each is linked with CYP4A27P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4A27P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4A27P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4A27P versus CYP4A44P in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4A27P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4A27P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
