Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4A27P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP4A27P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CYP4A27P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4A27P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

ACC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where CYP4A27P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
