CYP3A5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP3A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ3, OR51A4, and SMIM28. Each is linked with CYP3A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A5-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ3 grouped by CYP3A5-low versus CYP3A5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
