CYP3A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP3A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP84, LINC02136, and RN7SL237P. Each is linked with CYP3A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A4-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP84 grouped by CYP3A4-low versus CYP3A4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
