CYP3A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP3A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP3A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, S100G, and TFDP3. Each is linked with CYP3A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A4-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by CYP3A4-low versus CYP3A4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP3A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP3A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
