CYP2W1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2W1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2W1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-63P, MIR4698, and IQCF1. Each is linked with CYP2W1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2W1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2W1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-63P grouped by CYP2W1-low versus CYP2W1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2W1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2W1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
