CYP2W1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2W1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2W1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN10A, TPD52L3, and FCGR3A. Each is linked with CYP2W1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2W1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2W1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN10A grouped by CYP2W1-low versus CYP2W1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2W1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2W1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
