CYP2U1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2U1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,057 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2U1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SEPTIN7, and ILK. Each is linked with CYP2U1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2U1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2U1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2U1 versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2U1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2U1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
