Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2U1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2U1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, DNA damage tolerance, and Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with CYP2U1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2U1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2U1 results are reported.
