Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2U1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2U1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRT062607, Nelarabine, and CZC24832. Each is linked with CYP2U1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2U1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2U1 results are reported.
