CYP2S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM7, PRMT9, and CPLX4. Each is linked with CYP2S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2S1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDM7 grouped by CYP2S1-low versus CYP2S1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
