Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP2G1P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYP2G1P data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CYP2G1P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2G1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where CYP2G1P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
