CYP2G1P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2G1P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2G1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, ACVRL1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with CYP2G1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2G1P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2G1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by CYP2G1P-low versus CYP2G1P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2G1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2G1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
