CYP2D7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2D7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC6, WDR5, and XRCC5. Each is linked with CYP2D7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2D7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2D7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
