Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2D7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,204 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2D7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with CYP2D7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2D7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2D7 results are reported.
