Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, RNU6-788P, and RNU6-296P. Each is linked with CYP2C9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C9-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C9 results are reported.
