CYP2C18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2C18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2C18-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, SKA2, and CABCOCO1. Each is linked with CYP2C18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2C18-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2C18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by CYP2C18-low versus CYP2C18-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2C18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2C18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
