Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP26B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,980 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP26B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAP1, HIVEP1, and KLF13. Each is linked with CYP26B1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP26B1 versus ASAP1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP26B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP26B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
