The most reproducible CYP26B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, NUDCD1, and NR1D1. Each is linked with CYP26B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26B1 results are reported.
