Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP26B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP26B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Met_pY1235, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CYP26B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CYP26B1-low versus CYP26B1-high in UCEC.
