Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP26B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,257 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP26B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Diterpenoid catabolic process, Retinoic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of skeletal muscle fiber differentiation. Each is linked with CYP26B1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26B1 results are reported.
