Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP26B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP26B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9, MNDA, and OR6C70. Each is linked with CYP26B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9 grouped by CYP26B1-low versus CYP26B1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP26B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP26B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
