CYP26A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,484 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP26A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENPP1, THBS1, and PDLIM4. Each is linked with CYP26A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP26A1 versus ENPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP26A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP26A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
