CYP26A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP26A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP26A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP33, MTND4LP3, and BCL2L2-PABPN1. Each is linked with CYP26A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP33 grouped by CYP26A1-low versus CYP26A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP26A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP26A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
