CYP26A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP26A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,858 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP26A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHC2, EVI2A, and LRFN1. Each is linked with CYP26A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP26A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP26A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP26A1 versus PHC2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP26A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP26A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
