CYP24A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP24A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,826 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP24A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID3B, RASD1, and LINC01772. Each is linked with CYP24A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP24A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP24A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP24A1 versus PRELID3B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP24A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP24A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
