CYP21A1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP21A1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,896 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP21A1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAM2, RBMS3, and RPL5. Each is linked with CYP21A1P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP21A1P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP21A1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP21A1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP21A1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
