CYP20A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP20A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,851 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP20A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, ABI2, and EIF2S2. Each is linked with CYP20A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP20A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP20A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP20A1 versus NRBF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP20A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP20A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
