Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP20A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,525 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP20A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, NT5DC2, and FAM83D. Each is linked with CYP20A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP20A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP20A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP20A1 versus MAD2L1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP20A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP20A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
