Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP20A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP20A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN2P2, HNRNPH3P1, and RNU6-1216P. Each is linked with CYP20A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP20A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP20A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN2P2 grouped by CYP20A1-low versus CYP20A1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP20A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP20A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
