CYP11B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP11B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,997 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, POLE2, and SKA1. Each is linked with CYP11B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by CYP11B2-low versus CYP11B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
