CYP11B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP11B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, DISP2, and SPATA21. Each is linked with CYP11B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP9 grouped by CYP11B2-low versus CYP11B2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
