CYP11B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP11B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP11B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, FAM205A, and OR1P1. Each is linked with CYP11B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP11B2-to-partner and partner-to-CYP11B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by CYP11B2-low versus CYP11B2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP11B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP11B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
