CYLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, UBE2I, and SF3A2. Each is linked with CYLD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYLD-to-partner and partner-to-CYLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by CYLD-low versus CYLD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
