CYLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYLD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PKC-delta_pS664, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with CYLD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYLD-to-partner and partner-to-CYLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by CYLD-low versus CYLD-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
