Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYLC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYLC2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CYLC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYLC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and DLBC are the cancer types where CYLC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
