Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01898, MIR8070, and MIR4512. Each is linked with CYHR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYHR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYHR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
