CYFIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYFIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIM2, TBC1D10C, and PRKCB. Each is linked with CYFIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYFIP2 versus PIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
