Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 921 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGY, KSR2, and ZIC5. Each is linked with CYFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGY grouped by CYFIP2-low versus CYFIP2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
