CYFIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYFIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR76, SAAL1, and GLRX5. Each is linked with CYFIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CYFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 grouped by CYFIP1-low versus CYFIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
