CYCSP44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,921 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA4P1, CYCS, and NPM1P27. Each is linked with CYCSP44 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP44-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP44 versus NDUFA4P1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
