Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYCSP44 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYCSP44 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher CYCSP44 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYCSP44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
CESC, ACC, and COAD are the cancer types where CYCSP44 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
