Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYCSP33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYCSP33 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CYCSP33 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYCSP33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and ESCA show a favorable association.

OV, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where CYCSP33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
