Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,557 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with CYCSP29 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP29-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP29 results are reported.
