CYCSP23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, ENPP2, and KANK3. Each is linked with CYCSP23 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP23-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP23 versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
