Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,432 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endocytosis, Negative regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity, and Lung alveolus development. Each is linked with CYCSP23 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP23-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP23 results are reported.
