Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYBRD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYBRD1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher CYBRD1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYBRD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
SARC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CYBRD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
