Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, CD86, and LY96. Each is linked with CYBC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBC1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBC1 versus TNFSF13B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
