Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC6-AS1, OR2AI1P, and ANOS2P. Each is linked with CYBC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBC1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBC1 results are reported.
