Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYBC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,842 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Respiratory burst after phagocytosis, Cytokinesis, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with CYBC1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBC1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBC1 results are reported.
